Dental Hygienist
Fay and Rebecca are our Dental Hygienists. Rebecca works on Tuesday and Fay works on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
You can be referred to the hygienist via the dentist or you can self refer providing you have had an examination with a dentist at the practice in the last 12 months.
The main role of a hygiene visit is to give you the skills, the tools and the techniques to maintain you own oral health. The hygienists carefully remove the hard deposits that build up on the teeth (tartar) and will teach you how to prevent it reforming again. This will go a long way to slowing the progress of gum disease.
They also help to remove stains built up on teeth from coffee, tea, smoking and more!

Rebecca is our Dental Therapist. She can complete a variety of treatments on referral from our dentists. Treatments she can offer include:
