Non-routine Appointments

If you have a problem, such as a broken tooth or lost filling, that is not causing you any pain, please contact the practice as soon as possible during surgery hours. We should be able to arrange an appointment for you, at a convenient time, within 2 weeks. This will be an assessment appointment.

A temporary filling may be placed and you may be required to return for a permanent restoration. If there is enough time available the dentist may be able to restore the tooth at the assessment appointment.

Surgery Hours Emergency

If you or a family member is experiencing dental pain, please contact the practice as soon as possible, preferably before 10am.

We will try to offer you an emergency appointment the same day when they are available. If these appointments have already been filled, you may be offered a time to come and ‘sit and wait’ and the dentist will see you as soon as they have time between other patients.

You will be booked an emergency appointment if you are suffering from severe pain, swelling, abscess or excessive bleeding.
